  • When you purchase the photo packages online, please be aware of the cancellation policies below: 

    - Wedding Photos are required for a six months cancellation notice of a full deposit back; otherwise no refund. 
    - Event Photos are required for a one-week cancellation notice of a full deposit back; otherwise, no refund. 
    - Rest Photos less than 48 hrs' cancellation notice, no deposit back, and one-time reschedule is allowed within six months.
    - Rest Photos less than 24 hrs' cancellation notice, no deposit back, no rescheduling.
    - Photo appointment is late more than 30 mins, it is automatically cancelled with no refund.

    Each photo package has free travel distance; over the listed kilometres,  it has added a $79/hr travel fee.
